While preparing to defend the frivolous human rights complaint brought by former ICANN Ombudsman Frank Fowlie, we uncovered another legal complaint he initiated involving the Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games (VANOC) that had not previously been widely discussed. Reading this case gave us greater insight into Mr. Fowlie, an essential ingredient to a successful outcome for us.
As these are public court documents, all the below claims are mere allegations, and were not proven in court. Indeed, as noted in the File Summary Report, Mr. Fowlie provided a Notice of Withdrawal to the court on or about July 19, 2010.
